All processes are manual: operators load/unload samples, adjust solution concentrations (using basic test kits), and control immersion time (via timers). The anodizing tank uses a small 12V-500A rectifier (portable, easy to adjust) for low-current treatments—ideal for delicate prototypes (e.g., jewelry, small electronic parts). Basic safety features include acid-resistant gloves, goggles, and a small exhaust fan (removing local fumes). The line uses minimal chemicals (1-2L per batch), reducing waste and cost for prototyping. Despite its small size, it produces quality prototypes: oxide film thickness up to 20μm, basic coloring options (clear, red, blue). It is easy to clean and reconfigure for different sample designs, with no complex installation required.
